Meet the T-Bolts Radio Network Team!

Neal Lavon | njlavon@gmail.com

Neal Lavon lives in Takoma Park and retired in 2014 after four-decade career in radio, television, most notably at the Voice of America. He called games for the Thunderbolts from 2005-2008. After three years overseas, he returned to the team in 2012. Besides calling the games, Neal oversees the all the Thunderbolts’ broadcast efforts and is in charge of game day programs.

Julian Baron | jtbaron@syr.edu

Julian is a Broadcast & Digital Journalism student at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He grew up in Baltimore and graduated from Gilman School. When he’s not at Blair Stadium, Julian is an intern for Sinclair Broadcast Group and a Digital Content Creator for MASN. This is his second year calling games for the T-Bolts.

Nate Kresh | nkresh99@gmail.com

Nate Kresh is a life-long resident of the Washington, D.C. area, currently living in Arlington, Virginia.  He’s a proud alum of both The College of William and Mary and The University of Maryland. Nate wrote for the Capital News Service broadcast bureau and for D.C. United’s Digital Media Office. He also has written for the Northwest Current. When he’s not calling Thunderbolts games, he’s agonizing over the Washington Nationals. This is his fifth season calling baseball for the Thunderbolts.
