Broadcasting Intern

This intern will join Neal Lavon, Julian Baron, and Alexander Dacy as the fourth regular member of the T-Bolts Radio Network broadcast team. The T-Bolts Radio Network produces live, play-by-play broadcasts of the T-Bolts’ full regular and postseason slates. Team broadcasters are responsible for having an extensive knowledge of the team, its players, and the Cal Ripken League, and are expected to be able to articulate their insight on the air. Prior play-by-play broadcasting experience at any level is preferred. This position is unpaid.

To apply, you must be:

  • At least a rising freshman in college.

  • Available for the majority of June and July 2021.

  • Able to drive around the Baltimore/Washington area for away games.

Social Media Intern

These interns are responsible for managing the T-Bolts' social media accounts during games. Applicants should be well-versed in the etiquette and professionalism necessary to represent an organization online. At least one Social Media Intern is expected to be present at all home and away games to take pictures and post periodically throughout each game. We're looking for up to two individuals for this position. This position is unpaid.

To apply, you must be:

  • At least a rising freshman in college.

  • Available for the majority of June and July 2021.

  • Able to drive around the Baltimore/Washington area for away games.

In-Game Producer

These interns are responsible for using the Blair Stadium sound system to create a top-notch fan experience. Duties include playing walk-up music, playing in-game sound effects, public address announcing, and directing gameday sound operation. At least two In-Game Producers are expected to be present at all home games. We’re looking for up to three individuals for this position. This position is unpaid.

To apply, you must be:

  • At least a rising junior in high school.

  • Available for the majority of June and July 2021.

  • Able to commute to and from Blair Stadium on gamedays.
